Return and Exchange Policy

Jaisel Menswear will accept returns for a Store Credit or an Exchange by being notified within 7 days of package delivery confirmation. There are NO REFUNDS issued.  Email us Order#ID and reason for return to start the process.  Items that have been discounted 50% off or more are FINAL SALES and cannot be returned.

Items returned must be in the original condition, unworn, unaltered, and with all tags attached. Items that do not comply may be denied at the discretion of Jaisel Menswear.

The free shipping charge on original order will be charged back to customer. Return shipping arrangement is to be made by the customer and return shipping charges are incurred by the customer. Non Refundable SHOPIFY or PAYPAL original order processing fees incurred by Jaisel Menswear of up to 5% of the total value of returned items  will be charged back to customer. Any other fees and taxes that the business needs to pay in order to retrieve returned packages will be incurred by the customer by deducting these amounts from the customers store credit.  

Gift Card purchases are non-refundable and final sale. Gift Cards cannot be redeemed for cash.
